1. Shipping Coverage

Clearsound ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We deliver to residential and commercial addresses including metro cities, tier-2 cities, and most rural areas.

If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or clinic pickup.

2. Shipping Charges

All orders ship free of charge regardless of the order value or delivery location within India. There are no hidden shipping fees.

3. Delivery Timelines

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the date of order confirmation, not the order placement date.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team to verify your order and delivery address before dispatch.

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you to confirm the order before shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment through our logistics partner's website.

6. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep. Available on most pin codes.
  • UPI / Net Banking / Cards: Secure online payment at the time of order.
  • EMI: Easy EMI options available on select products. Contact us for details.

7. Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing the order.

8. Damaged in Transit

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and note the issue with the delivery agent. Contact us immediately at +91 98733 20320 and we will arrange a replacement shipment.

If you only notice the damage after accepting delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further details.
